Meanwhile, in 1996, after years of experience owning and operating the Taylor Agency, George Broome founded RE/MAX at Barnegat Bay in Forked River. After the success of this location, offices were opened throughout Ocean County in Manahawkin, Toms River, and LBI providing expert real estate assistance for anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell in Ocean County.
In 2023, Eric joined forces with George under the “Birchler Group” banner closing the real estate circle around the Barnegat Bay. RE/MAX’s brand recognition, combined with George’s industry expertise, made the decision to operate as part of the RE/MAX family an easy one. With over 100-years of combined experience, Birchler Group operates with the same great sales team under the management of Eric.
